Description

Salesforce Engagement Managers can lead a diverse group of talented professionals towards delivering a superior work product for and with clients. To be successful, your Salesforce knowledge will be strong, your ability to manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies unparalleled, and your experience across a wide variety of industries will keep you on top of your game. You have demonstrated your value by delivering implementation projects with integrity and high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do If Hired

  • Create initial project schedules and task lists in coordination with clients and project teams
  • Ensure project schedules and task lists are updated and accurate consistently
  • Monitor project budgets and burn consistently
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and project teams to ensure consistent, accurate communication. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Scheduling of all customer-facing meetings
    • Coordination of all customer-facing documents
    • Providing project status at agreed-upon intervals
    • Providing project burn at agreed-upon intervals
  • Monitor the pulse of all projects and surface any potential issues to management before each becomes a problem
  • Record type of work and time accomplished for each project daily

Requirements

Required 
  • Legally allowed to work in the United States
  • 5+ years Salesforce project management experience 
  • 3+ years in consulting 
  • Obtained the following certifications 
    • Salesforce Administrator certification 
  • Ability to articulate Salesforce concepts and designs to business stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) 
  • Ability to work with technical and configuration resources to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices 
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and project teams to maintain appropriate schedules and budgets for each 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies 
  • Strong background in effective communication and coordination with multiple active clients 
Desired 
  • Obtained Salesforce cloud certifications past Administration I and II 
  • Experience guiding and mentoring junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle
