Salesforce Engagement Managers can lead a diverse group of talented professionals towards delivering a superior work product for and with clients.   • Create initial project schedules and task lists in coordination with clients and project teams
  • Ensure project schedules and task lists are updated and accurate consistently
  • Monitor project budgets and burn consistently
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and project teams to ensure consistent, accurate communication. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Scheduling of all customer-facing meetings
    • Coordination of all customer-facing documents
    • Providing project status at agreed-upon intervals
    • Providing project burn at agreed-upon intervals
  • Monitor the pulse of all projects and surface any potential issues to management before each becomes a problem
  • Record type of work and time accomplished for each project daily


  • Legally allowed to work in the United States
  • 5+ years Salesforce project management experience 
  • 3+ years in consulting 
  • Obtained the following certifications
    • Salesforce Administrator certification 
  • Ability to articulate Salesforce concepts and designs to business stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) 
  • Ability to work with technical and configuration resources to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices 
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and project teams to maintain appropriate schedules and budgets for each 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies 
  • Strong background in effective communication and coordination with multiple active clients 
  • Obtained Salesforce cloud certifications past Administration I and II 
  • Experience guiding and mentoring junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle
